according to ESPN, dwight howard has been officially traded to the lakers via a 4-team deal. howard goes to lakers, andre iguodala goes to the denver nuggets, andrew bynum and jason richardson goes to the philidephia 76ers, and arron afflalo, al harrington, nikola vujecic, 76ers draft pick moe harkless, and 3 future protected first round picks from the lakers, nuggets, and 76ers to the orlando magic.

talk about reloading each team and getting it ready for the start of the 2012 season! lakers accomplish shaking up the roster while keeping key cog pau gasol, a player who has seen both good and bad days (and often great games and heart-wrenching performances), to play with now a star-studded starting 5 for the lakers (steve nash, kobe bryant, metta world peace, pau gasol, and dwight howard). pau gasol was dangled into the trade but ultimately was kept by the lakers. orlando gets their wish to restart their team and re-build, and 76ers gets an immediate impact player that they have been looking to bolster their playoff run that ended short this year.
